Hi, we are Nina and Miguel, owners of El Cartel. We provide authentic Mexican street food. Miguel grew up in Mexico and has been a chef for over 15 years. El Cartel has been around for the last 6 years bringing delicious food to the Bay of Plenty and surrounding areas.
